Stop panic buying and hoarding
As a longtime resident of Marshalltown it is very concerning to see the “Panic Buying/Hoarding” that is taking place not only in our area but almost everywhere in the United States.
I have sent emails to several public leaders suggesting that they publicly speak out against this idiotic behavior. Will it do any good? I am doubtful but hopeful that people will come to their senses. Too bad that “Common Sense Is Not Very Common” in our society.
What dialogue or action will it take to stop this crazy behavior? I don’t know but maybe someone has a rational solution.
For the individuals that are hoarding for the reasons to price gouge. There should be criminal charges brought against them.
