So thankful for health column
I must write to say thank you for your health column in the sports section of your paper .By the way, what an excellent sports page and the photos are outstanding.
Three articles helped me with lower back pain, irregular pulse and neuropathy.
For lower back pain, simply hold the head up and back and hold several times a day. It works.
For irregular pulse, I’ve been to the ER several times and been dismissed with a statement saying “significant threat to life.” Well, it is as simple as drinking more fluid, as stated in your article.
For neuropathy, the article stated it may lead to surgery but splints were mentioned and I happened to have a cast made for my hands years ago and now I get better sleep by wearing them. Needless to say, I am very grateful.
