On behalf of Marshalltown Area United Way, I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to all those who made the Annual Golf Event a tremendous success!

For the sixth year in a row, Gary Schaudt with SagePoint Financial has graciously sponsored this event. Thank you to Woodruff Construction for being the 2022 cart sponsor. Without their support we would not be able to raise the proceeds we do. This fundraiser is made possible with the help of our committee members, volunteers, sponsors, donors, the American Legion Golf Course, and all participants. With your support, the tournament raised over $14,000 for our 28 partner agencies. This is $2,000 more than last year and the most ever recorded for this event. Additionally, an exciting aspect of the day was the 50/50 raffle raised $2,290.

Thank you to JBS for donating the pork for our evening meal and Haley’s Deli for catering. Also, a big thanks to Paul Beals with Assured Partners for sponsoring the Hole-In-Contest for a chance to win $10,000 and other prizes.
