Honor Fisher Family Legacy
We agree with Harvey Varnum and Dick Naughton — we should honor the legacy of the Fisher family as we rename the Fisher Community Center and the Martha Ellen Tye Theater.
There are so many ways this family helped put Marshalltown on the map. The spectacular Impressionist art collection is one of them. Could we compromise here and call the new complex the Fisher Art and Cultural Center?
