We are wholeheartedly supporting the candidacy of Sarah Tupper to be the next Marshall County Attorney! We’ve known Sarah for the eight years that our family has lived in Marshalltown. Along with being a very bright, thoughtful person, who has 20 years experience prosecuting violent crimes, Sarah is a person that truly cares about all the people of Marshall County.

We’re excited about the fact that Sarah supports an enhanced Drug Court in Marshall County; and are just as excited about Sarah’s commitment to develop a Mental Health Court in Marshall County. We’ve always known Sarah to be a person that understands the importance of ‘continuous improvement;’ and we are confident that Sarah will take the idea of ‘continuous improvement’ into the Marshall County Attorney’s Office each and every day.
