Every year I am amazed at how nice the Conrad cemetery looks, especially in May when winter is over and the cemetery is mowed and ready for Memorial Day services.

Yes, taxes paid from the city of Conrad and from Felix and Clay Townships really help with expenses; but the costs of mowing, spraying, trimming, tree removal, etc, keep rising so it is very hard to stay on track with our proposed budget.

In the past few years, there have only been a handful of donations that help keep the cemetery looking nice. There needs to be many more handfuls of donations from people who have loved ones buried in the Conrad cemetery to keep it in top shape.
