I graduated from high school with Steve Corbin. When I see his photo in a letter to the editor, I don’t bother to read it. He has taken it upon himself to tell all of us how to live and what we should think — perhaps a combination of ego and Marxism.

At our class reunion in 2016, Steve wore what I guess was a Trump wig. I and other classmates had no idea what was going on other than it was inappropriate. He is a Trump hater. If you enjoy reading his manifestos, ask him how many trips he has made to China and what was the nature of his business there.

Steve evidently doesn’t remember what our country and lives were like before the Badnik Bidens and Loon Left. Interest rates were low, gas and food were more affordable, police stations weren’t being torched with no repercussions, stores weren’t being looted by mobs, females didn’t have to compete in sports or share locker rooms with biological males.

Women weren’t called “birthing people,” children didn’t have drag story hour and we knew what chromosomes are. We weren’t forced to house, clothe, feed and give medical care to illegals while many of our elderly and vets go without. Drugs and human trafficking weren’t making cartels into billionaires. The border is not closed.

The left wants to add voters to democrat rolls not pick crops as Pelosi stated, and the climate alarmists need to concentrate on India and China, not our gas stoves. Marxism is about control.

I never thought I would see a president and his party try to “sink the ship.”

Politics is a matter of opinion. And many agree we are in serious trouble. Our only chance to “save the ship” is to STAND UP, SPEAK UP and VOTE.

The left claims they are saving democracy but in fact are doing the opposite. We must return to common sense and moral values. Freedom and democracy have rules. They are the laws the left has chosen to ignore.
