Vote for Fonseca
In the most recent City Council election we Marshalltown voters missed an opportunity to add younger, up-and-coming leaders to represent us. Now voters in Ward 4 can do just that. I urge all eligible voters to come out in droves and vote Melisa Fonseca onto the City Council.
