Thankful for two helpful angels
I hope this letter finds two very special ladies who helped out my husband and I this week.
Upon arriving at McFarland Clinic Physical Therapy, I realized my husband’s walker was not in the back of our van. He is unable to walk without it.
A very helpful lady, our first angel, overheard our conversation and graciously offered to go inside and to get a wheelchair for my husband. When we couldn’t get that one to work for him, she got a second wheelchair and we got him checked in.
I decided I would return home to find his walker. As I was exiting McFarland Clinic our second angel pulled into the parking lot and asked if I happened to be missing a walker. She had found it on the corner of South Sixth Street and Merle Hibbs Boulevard. Unbeknownst to me, I had not latched my back door and the walker had fallen out. This special lady picked it up and decided she would by chance find its owner at Physical Therapy.
In my frustration, I did not get the names of these two wonderful ladies, but we are very grateful for your kindness as we are elderly it is hard for us to get around. We so appreciate the generosity of Marshalltown people!
Thank you thank you! Our day was made better because of you!
