Adults with disabilities
I have a family member who is 24 years old who has Spinal Muscular Atrophy. He has seen doctors all throughout the state to help him with his high pain level. He is very upset that no one seems concerned enough to help him. In a time that people are concerned enough to help people fight addictions and other medical issues it seems that some one some where would be able to help with pain management. No one knows for certain what his life expectancy is so at this time we know it’s literally one day at a time. We want him to have quality of life for the years he is still here.
