Data center

Letters and a recent report in the TR made me feel there is a group in this community already planning to give away our future. It seems that we always see these reports pop up as a sudden event when some, not representing the citizens, already know it’s coming. That is not transparency in our community.

I commend Marco Yepez-Gomez for having the forethought that we do not have enough information for making a wise decision for our community. I prefer a committee of computer professionalshttps://brockovichdatacenter.com/https://brockovichdatacenter.com/ and educators in overall computer uses. Also, Planning and Zoning need to discuss Data Centers as separate since their impacts are powerful. You either get the true facts or don’t allow it at all.

What I have gathered from my daily news intakes include construction work on Data Centers in Eastern Iowa filling up the summer campgrounds with workers and congested rural roadways to and from the site. That does not sound like local jobs to me. Nitrate levels in the water tables of the entire area increase and cause cancers. Noise pollution 24-7 because of a low hum affecting humans and animals alike.
