Getting paid by the county to farm

I have lived and farmed in Marshall County for over 30 years. I work hard every day of the year to provide for my wife and kids. I raise crops, some livestock, and I do everything I can to take care of my land and animals so my family can continue to survive on the farm. We work hard while our county superintendent is able to farm all day for himself while pulling in his $70-80,000 a year salary plus cheap insurance with good coverage. Rose Hill Cemetery not being taken care of

On Sunday, my mother went to place flowers at Rose Hill Cemetery in Marshalltown. What she encountered (certainly not the first time, but definitely the worst) was appalling! My grandparents headstone was completely covered with grass & weeds, as shown in the photos. You would never know it was there if not for the flower urn standing a little taller than the weeds. The subsequent photos are after my son took it upon himself to weedeat and clear the headstone. My aunt and uncles looked the same way.
