Clark shares B1G Player of the Week

Caitlin Clark
IOWA CITY — University of Iowa junior guard Caitlin Clark earned Co-Big Ten Player of the Week honors, the conference office announced Monday.
This marks Clark’s 16th weekly award from the conference, which is fourth-most in conference history. This is her league-leading fourth such honor this season.
Clark led Iowa to its best road win in program history over No. 2 Ohio State. She recorded a triple-double with 28 points, 15 assists and 10 rebounds. She joined Marquette men’s basketball star Dwyane Wade as the only NCAA Division I players since 1999-2000 with a triple-double against an AP top-2 opponent.
Against Nebraska, Clark fell just shy of another triple-double with 33 points, 12 rebounds, and nine assists. It was her 36th career double-double.
