The Marshalltown High School football program will host Cedar Rapids Washington for a controlled scrimmage on Friday night at Leonard Cole Field.

The Bobcats’ freshman team will take on the Warriors at 5:45 p.m., and the varsity scrimmage is set to begin at 7 p.m.

The cost of attendance for fans is a sports drink to help hydrate the Bobcats throughout the season.

There will be a raffle for a set of cornhole boards adorned with the United States flag. All proceeds will benefit the Marshalltown Football Support Club.

Marshalltown’s season starts at home on Aug. 30 against Mason City.
