DIKE — East Marshall senior Jackson Bidwell scored a school-record 44 points as the Mustang boys’ basketball team bounced Dike-New Hartford 83-57 in a North Iowa Cedar League contest right before the holiday break.

Bidwell shot 18-for-24 from the field, including 5-of-7 from 3-point range, and was 3-of-3 at the free-throw line en route to the East Marshall record. He added five steals in the Mustangs’ Monday, Dec. 22, victory.

Cody Weaver contributed 15 points, six rebounds and six assists, while Dallas Miller scored 10 points for East Marshall (4-1, 4-1).
