IDAHO FALLS, Idaho -- The Drake men's basketball team will play in the inaugural Snake River Invitational from the Mountain America Center in Idaho Falls, Idaho, Nov. 27-29. Also participating in the four-team event will be Boise State, North Dakota State and North Texas.
Drake will play three games over three days against the other programs and open up the Snake River Invitational on Friday, Nov. 27, against Boise State. The Bulldogs will follow with a matchup against North Dakota State on Saturday, Nov. 28, and close out the event against North Texas on Sunday, Nov. 29.
Game times and broadcast selections will be announced at a later date.
"We are excited to head to some of the most beautiful areas of our country to play against three extremely qualified programs for the tournament at the Mountain America Center," Drake head coach Eric Henderson said.
Drake is 2-1 all-time against Boise State, having last faced the Broncos in 2018 for the MWC/MVC Challenge from Des Moines. The Bulldogs won that contest, 83-74.
The Bulldogs are 7-1 all-time against North Dakota State and 30-7 against North Texas.
