IRVING, Texas -- The conference portion of the 2026-27 Iowa State men's basketball schedule has been released by the Big 12. Tipoff times and TV designations will be announced at a later time.
Iowa State opens the 18-game schedule at home against defending Big 12 Champion Arizona on January 2. Iowa State hits the road for three of its next four games, including the first road game of the league slate at Colorado on Jan. 5. Iowa State returns home to face Oklahoma State on Jan. 9. A road trip to Texas includes games at Houston Jan. 13 and Texas Tech on Jan. 16.
The Cyclones will face BYU on Jan. 20 at Hilton Coliseum before heading to UCF on Jan. 23. Back-to-back home games await the Cyclones following the trip to Florida, as Iowa State hosts Kansas State on Jan. 30 and Utah on Feb. 2. The second of three back-to-back road trips follows, as Iowa State heads to West Virginia on Feb. 6 and Oklahoma State on Feb. 10.
Kansas comes to Hilton Coliseum on Feb. 13 to open back-to-back home games for the Cyclones. Cincinnati will come to Ames on Feb. 16. A trip to Tempe is scheduled for Feb. 19, as the Iowa State faces Arizona State on the road for the first time in two years. The Cyclones conclude the trip at Baylor on Feb. 23 before hosting TCU on Feb. 27 at Hilton Coliseum.
Iowa State will appear on ESPN's Big Monday on March 1, as the Cyclones travel to Lawrence, Kan. to face the Jayhawks. The regular season concludes at Hilton Coliseum, as Iowa State hosts West Virginia on March 6.
The Phillips 66 Big 12 Tournament will be held at the T-Mobile Center in Kansas City, Mo. from March 9-13.
