DES MOINES — The Marshalltown volleyball team mowed down Des Moines North on Thursday night, topping the Polar Bears 25-17, 25-15, 25-9 in an Iowa Alliance Conference clash. The Bobcats (3-4, 3-1) pouned out a .263 hitting percentage on the night, led by Brooklyn Smith’s 16 kills and .556 efficiency.
