Court
• Matthew Joseph Schaumburg made an initial appearance on a burglary-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 10.
• Marco Antonio Tapia made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Lucas Taylor is acting as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court.
• Demarco Alan Sunkle made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 10. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
