• Beau Allen Malcolm made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on July 29. Malcolm is being held without bond.

• Alexander Neo Barnard made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 22.

Barnard was also seen on a voluntary absence from custody charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 2. Barnard is being held without bond.

• Olivia Lopez made an initial appearance on two counts of a theft-fifth degree charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 15 in Magistrate Court.

• Maliah Isis Genisa Ortiz made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for arraignment charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on July 13.

• David Scott Egli made an initial appearance on a sniffing glue or other chemical substance charge. Egli pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
