Marshall County Courthouse Court June 5 • Delbert John Kellum III made an initial appearance on a violation of parole charge and a trespass-first offense charge. Kellum pleaded guilty to the trespass charge. The fine is $500 with a $75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $630.
