Atkinson, 91, of Wichita, KS, formerly of Marshalltown, IA, passed away Saturday, July 8, 2023, at Larksfield Health Center in Wichita joining her late husband Glenn, in God’s palatial mansion. St. Peter did not need to check her credentials, as she was the most pious Catholic other than Mother Teresa. Mass of Christian burial will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, July 17, 2023, at St. Francis of Assisi - St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Marshalltown. A Celebration of Life for Bruce will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, July 11, 2023, by the family at the Country Cathedral, 1956 Durham Ave., State Center, Iowa, 50247.
