Vernon Bein, long-time Beaman resident, now of West Des Moines, will celebrate his 90th birthday with an Open House from 1-2:30 p.m. on Apr. 18 at Edgewater Retirement Community, 9225 Cascade Ave., West Des Moines in the Performing Arts Center.
