Dorothy Wiese will be honored on July 16 to celebrate her 90th birthday. A reception for Wiese will be held at the Gladbrook Memorial Building from 2-5 p.m.

Wiese grew up in Louisville, Neb., moving to Iowa in her adult years. She married Eldon Wiese on Oct. 12, 1952.

Wiese has a son Kenneth, deceased, and three daughters, Karen (Loren) Larson, of Ames, Carma Wiese, of Marion, and Sandra (Douglas) Koester, of Davenport. She has five grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Let your presence and good wishes be her gift.
