Beta Sigma Phi, Sigma Master Chapter met for lunch at Pizza Ranch on a blustery, snowy morning Jan. 14. All nine members and one guest answered roll call to: “Did you make a New Years Resolution?” President Dorothy Perry thanked Elaine Fiscus for hosting the luncheon. ALA Unite 46 holds general meeting

Dec. 10, ALA Unit 46 General Meeting began with a social time with a meal at 5:55 p.m. Meeting was called to order at 6:38 p.m. followed by the opening prayer, Pledge of Allegiance, standing in silence, and the Preamble to the Constitution of the American Legion Auxiliary. Twenty-eight members were in attendance with four of them mentioned in the sick call for either themselves or a spouse. Happy Birthday was sung to those members in attendance born in December. Beta Sigma Phi holds final meeting of the year

Beta Sigma Phi Sigma Master Chapter met for its Christmas party on Dec. 10. Eight members, one guest and one absent enjoyed a meal provided by hostess Caralee Hutchens at Marshall County Ag Iowa State University Extension office. President Dorothy Perry opened the meeting with roll call taken asking: “What are you going to do Christmas?” Minutes of the November meeting were read and Barb Noid gave the Treasurers report.
