• Angel Marie White made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing for the driving while barred charge is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 22. A scheduling hearing for the contempt hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Jan. 6. White is released on her promise to appear. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Lewis Delbert Randolph made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge, an obstruction of emergency communications charge and a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing for the domestic assault and emergency communications charges is set at 1 p.m. on Jan. 10. A scheduling hearing for the contempt hearing is set at 1 p.m. on Jan. 6. Bond is $3,000 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party on the violation charge and a no-contact order has been issued for the domestic abuse assault-second offense charge.

• Ana Laura Martinez made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge, an improper brake light charge and an interference with official acts charge. Martinez pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 29 in Magistrate Court.

• Molly June Gummert made an initial appearance on a trespass-second offense charge. Gummert pleaded not guilty and a pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 29 in Magistrate Court.
