• Luis Enrique Maravilla made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 17.

• Coty Alan savage made an initial appearance on a probation violation charge. The probation revocation hearing is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 4.

• Brandon James Pippert made an initial appearance on an eluding charge, a no valid driver’s license charge, an operation without registration charge, a failure to maintain control charge, a no insurance-accident charge and two speeding charges. On the eluding charge the public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on July 17. Pippert pleaded guilty to all the other charges. The fine on the driver’s license charge is $200 with a $75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $335. The fine on the operation without registration is $50 with a 22.50 surcharge and $60 for a total of $132.50. on the failure to maintain control charge the fine is $100 with a $40 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $200. The fine on the no insurance is $500 with a $180 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $740. The fine on the first speeding charge is $150 with a $52.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $262.50. On the second speeding charge the fine is $355 with a $129.25 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $544.25. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Audrey Rose Young Bear made an initial appearance on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge. Young Bear pleaded guilty to both charges and the fines are $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50 on each charge, due within 30 days.

• Eliceo Rensen Youngbear made an initial appearance on a no insurance-accident charge, a leaving the scene of an accident charge and a driving under suspension charge. Youngbear pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total. The fine on the leaving the scene of an accident is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75. The fine on the no insurance is $500 with a $175 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $735. All payments are due within 30 days.

• Benjamin Paul Campfield made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Campfield pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $87.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $397.50, due within 30 days.

• Annissa Christine Robinson made an initial appearance on a warrant charging her with pre-trial release violation. The warrant was lifted. The jury trial is set for 9 a.m. on Sept. 17 with a pre-trial conference set at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 4.

• Rodger Lee Burke made an initial appearance on a disorderly conduct charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:45 a.m. on Aug. 12.

• Juan Antonio Parra Hernandez made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Mark Olberding was appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Parra Hernandez is being held without bond.

• Presley Cheyanna Victor Daggett made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Daggett pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• Raul Mario Aguirre Rodriguez made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Aguirre Rodriguez pleaded guilty and the fine is $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $147.75, due within 30 days.

• On Saturday, Jaramie Trumbo, 39, was arrested for interference with official acts, trespass-first offense and theft-fifth degree.
