Court — Monday

• Miguel Angel Rico made an initial appearance on two counts of a probation violation charge. Mark Olberding will continue as counsel. The probation revocation hearing on the eluding and operating while under the influence-first offense charges will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. The probation revocation hearing for the possession of a controlled substance-second offense charge is at 1:30 p.m. on Sept. 23. Bond is set at $4,000 cash for each case.

• Tonya Lynn Weber made an initial appearance on a violation of a pre-trial release charge. Pre-trial release was revoked. Bond is set at $2,000 cash only.

• Ronald Charles Francis Daters made an initial appearance on an assault causing bodily injury or mental illness charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Sept. 11. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Taylor Eric Devig made an initial appearance on an driving under suspension charge and a operating without registration charge. On the driving under suspension a pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 14 in Magistrate Court. Devig pleaded guilty to the operation without registration and the fine is $50 with a $17.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $127.50, due within 30 days.

• Robert William Nixon made an initial appearance on a no valid driver’s license charge. Nixon pleaded guilty and the fine is $200 with a $75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $335, due within 30 days.

• Brett Allen Wolken made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Wolken pleaded guilty to the charge and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $175.75, due within 30 days.

• Ricky Dean Nelson made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a contempt hearing charge. Breanna Nelson filed an appearance. The contempt hearing will be rescheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $2,200 cash.

• Jacob Lee McVey made an initial appearance on two counts of violation of pre-trial release. Pre-trial release is revoked. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.

• Miguel Angel Rico made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge, a driving under suspension charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Mark Olberding was appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. on Sept. 3.

• Heather Irene West made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault charge. Taylor Reichardt is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Sept. 3. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
