• Gordon Michael Riendeau made an initial appearance on a probation revocation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Riendeau is being held without bond.

• Sandra Pahola Velez Trejo made an initial appearance on a pre-trial release violation. Pre-trial release is rescinded and the bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety.

• Christopher Joseph Gragg made an initial appearance on an enticing a minor charge and a dissemination of obscene material charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Nov. 12. Bond is set at $5,000 cash only.

• Victoria Dawn Honts made an initial appearance on an improper rear lamps charge, a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. Honts pleaded guilty to all charges. On the rear lamps charge, the fine is $30 with a $4.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $89.50. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance charge is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.

• Jose Alfredo Garcia Garcia made an initial appearance on a vehicle failing to respond to a steady red light charge and a driving under suspension charge. On the driving under suspension charge the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the failling to obey a steady red light charge is $135 with a $2.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.

• Matusalen Madrigal Roman made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Nov 10.

• Floyd Lyle Beadle made an initial appearance on a harassment-third degree charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 17. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
