• Samuel Nelson Bragg made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a probation revocation hearing. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is rescheduled for 10 a.m. on March 8.

• Tammy Lynn Quigley made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a speeding charge. Quigley pleaded guilty to both charges. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 iin court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the speeding charge is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $175.75.

• John Henderson made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance charge. Henderson pleaded guilty to both charges. On the driving under suspension charge the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance charge is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75.

• Jessica Ann Brisson made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a operation without registration charge and a no insurance charge. A pre-trial conference is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. on March 9 in Magistrate Court.

• John Robert Wax made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Wax pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Jared Clay Culver made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Culver pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
