• Robert James Doran made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Doran is being held without bond.
• Chelsea Ann Peddle made an initial appearance on three counts of a probation violation charge. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on June 14. Bond is set at $10,000 cash.
• Ryan Adam Carmer made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 14 in Magistrate Court.
• Jared Don Davenport made an initial appearance on a driving while license is denied ore revoked charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 14.
• Jeremy Steven Rocheleau made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Rocheleau pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $157.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $322.75.
• Delaurentiss Caetano Arnell Thomas made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge, a failure to obey a stop sign charge and a speeding charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 14.
• Jodi Marie Rutledge made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The court dismissed the driving under suspension charge with court costs of $60 assessed. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel for the marijuana charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9 a.m. on June 14. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Ma Reh made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 14 in Magistrate Court.
• Heather Rose Myers made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 28 in Magistrate Court.
• Thomas Earl Campbell made an initial appearance on a reckless use of a firearm charge, a turkey hunting with a rifle charge and a trespass while turnkey hunting charge. Campbell pleaded guilty to all three charges. The fine on the reckless use of firearm is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75. The fine for turkey hunting with a rifle is $70 with a $10.50 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $135.50. The fine for trespassing is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.
• Angelina Ocampo Lara made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Ocampo Lara pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
