• Shayna Rose Wanatee made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 10 a.m. on Sept. 6. Wanatee is being held without bond.

• Brent Aguilar made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge and a failure to appear for an arraignment charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Court. Aguilar is being held without bond. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Aug. 22. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety.

• Sanphy Phillip made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Phillip pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Malinda Cruz Bautista made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is set for 3:30 p.m. on Aug. 21. Cruz Bautista is being held without bond. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Andrew Scott Grandstaff failed to appear on a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• On Monday, Aug. 14, Brent Aguilar, 19, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Monday, Aug. 14, Malinda Cruz Bautista, 30, was arrested for contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order.

• On Monday, Aug. 14, Sanphy Phillip, 39, was arrested for public intoxication-first offense.
