• Terry Lee Echols made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-third or subsequent offense charge, a child endangerment charge and two counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Michael Arleth is appointed a counsel. The preliminary hearing on the new charges is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 31. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Court or District Associate Court. Bond is set at $10,000 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Andrea Fae Hogan made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Jessica Maffitt is appointed as counsel. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Court or the District Associate Court. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

The court also addressed a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 6 in Magistrate Court.

• Rodrigo Estavan Perez made an initial appearance on a driving while revoked charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 8.

• Tina Marie Morris made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Jane White is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 20 in Magistrate Court.

• Alberto Josue Zamago made an initial appearance on a reckless driving charge. Zamago pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
