• Genaro Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-second degree charge, and reckless use of explosive/destructive device charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 16. Bond is set at $6,000 cash or surety.

• Megan Joyce Kutzner made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge and two counts of a probation violation charge. Kutzner pleaded guilty to the driving under suspension charge and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on March 20. Kutzner is being held without bond.

• Terry James Angle made an initial appearance on a trespass-first offense charge. Angle pleaded guilty and the fine is $260 with a $39 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $354.

• Audra Lynne Cuellar made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 28 in Magistrate Court.

• Randall John Clemens made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 28 in Magistrate Court.

• Andrew Charles Stengele III made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a driving under suspension charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 27. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Tera Leann Kibbee made an initial appearance on a possession of cannabidiol-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 27. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Aaliyah Grace Underhill made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge, a no insurance charge, a failure to use safety belts charge and a failure to yield the right of way charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 27. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Jairo Gomez made an initial appearance on a speeding charge, a driving under suspension charge and a no insurance-accident charge. Gomez pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the speeding charge is $55 with a $8.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $118.25. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50. The fine on the no insurance charge is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs of $55 for a total of $796.75.
