• Jill Marie Schroeder made an initial appearance on a parole violation charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Schroeder is being held without bond.
• James Ralph Williams made an initial appearance on an assault-place in fear of contact charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 25 in Magistrate Court.
• Chanxay Siriphan made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for a probation violation hearing charge. The probation revocation hearing is set for 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 27. Siriphan is being held without bond.
• Sebastian Alonzo Juarez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 25.
• A 17-year-old female made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge. The juvenile pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Luis M. Gonzalez Cervantes made an initial appearance on an interference with official acts charge. Gonzalez Cervantes pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
• Tina Marie Weber made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 25 in Magistrate Court.

• On Wednesday, Sept. 4, Vana Spencer, 38, was arrested for open container and possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense.
• On Wednesday, Sept. 4, Sebastian Juarez, 20, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender.
• On Wednesday, Sept. 4, Kikey Esa, 23, was arrested for leaving the scene of an accident and no valid driver’s license.

• On Wednesday, Sept. 4, James Williams, 38, was arrested for assault-fear of immediate contact.
• On Wednesday, Sept. 4, Chanxay Siriphan, 57, was arrested on a warrant charging him with operating while under the influence-first offense.
Accidents
• On Wednesday, Sept. 4, a car driven by Lukas J. Koechner, 27, of Omaha, NE, was eastbound on Highway 30 when it struck a deer that jumped out of the median. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Koechner car was estimated at $7,000.
• On Wednesday, Sept. 4, a car driven by Clinton Joshua Anderson, 37, of Rhodes, was northbound on Cooper Avenue when it struck a deer that entered the roadway. No injuries were reported. Damage to the Anderson car was estimated at $3,500.
