• Myles Alan Miller made an initial appearance on two counts of an older individual assault-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 12. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Charles Tyler Osgood made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an initial hearing warrant on a driving while license is denied or revoked charge. The public defefender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 20.

• Sony Tarino made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. Leah Patton is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 9 in Magistrate Court.

• On Sunday, June 1, Zaw David, 57, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-strangulation, domestic abuse assault-first offense with dangerous weapon.

• On Saturday, May 31, Harlan Hickman, 65, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Saturday, May 31, Marvin Duran, 29, was arrested for trespass-first offense.

• On Sunday, June 1, Colten Woods, 21, was arrested for open container, improper use of lanes and operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Sunday, June 1, Charles Osgood, 33, was arrested on a warrant charging him with driving while license is denied or revoked.

• On Saturday, May 31, Bairon Martinez Ramirez, 21, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense.

• On Saturday, May 31, Eduardo Zamudio, 30, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle without ignition interlock device, open container, no insurance-no accident, driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended, operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense and driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Saturday, May 31, Gael Garcia, 20, was arrested on a warrant charging him with driving while barred-habitual offender.

• On Friday, May 30, Anthony Harding, 19, was arrested for driving while license is denied, canceled, revoked or suspended, failure to affix a drug tax stamp, conspire with intent to deliver marijuana and driving while barred-habitual offender.
