• Anthony Jonathan Harding Made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge. Jennie Wilson-Moore is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Harding is being held without bond.
• Robert Dale Nino made an initial appearance on a sex offender registration violation-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 13. Bond is set at $2,000 cash.
• Connor Nicholas Jessen made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a criminal mischief-fifth degree charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
Jessen was also seen for an interference with official acts charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 9 in Magistrate Court. Bond is set at $5,000 cash total.
• Angela Renee Martinez mad an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 9 in Magistrate Court.
• Sarah Kamba Malumalu made an initial appearance on a no insurance-accident charge and a leaving the scene of an accident-failure to give aid or information charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 9 in Magistrate Court.
• Wesley Alan Bear made an initial appearance on a consumption of alcohol in a public place-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 25 in Magistrate Court.
• Natalie Perez made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. Perez pleaded guilty and the fine is $345 with a $51.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $456.75.
• Gavin Eugene Hicks made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 9 in Magistrate Court.
• Rian Ray Popejoy made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 24.
