• Ryan Wade Purdy made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is set for 10:15 a.m. on June 20. Bond is set at $10,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Jeni Jayla Nichee Pollard made an initial appearance on an identity theft-over $10,000 charge and a theft-first degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:40 a.m. on June 16. Bond is set at $20,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Brandon Lane Scott failed to appear on a no insurance charge and a driving under suspension charge and the court found him guilty on both charges. The fine on the no insurance charge is $325 with a $48.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $428.75. The fine on the driving under suspension is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Keith Marvin Nugent made an initial appearance on a leaving the scene of an accident-property damage only charge. Nugent pleaded guilty and the fine is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25.

• Dana Monique Morrison made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on June 26.

• Isis Diaz Parra made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Diaz Parra pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
