• Elijah Lala Gibson made an initial appearance on an operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense charge and a no valid driver’s license charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 4. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Richaard Adalberto Guardado Tejada made an initial appearance on two counts of a child endangerment charge and an operating while under the influence-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 4. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Barry Ray Hutchens Jr. made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge and a rabies vaccination violation charge. Hutchens pleaded guilty and the fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.
• Ashley Marie Gaiser made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 20 in Magistrate Court.
• Triston Lane Scarborough made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge, a speeding charge and an operating a non-registered vehicle charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 27 in Magistrate Court.
• Gina Kiris Anthony made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 4.

• On Sunday, July 13, Elijah Gibson, 29, was arrested for operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense.
• On Sunday, July 13, Richaard Guardado Tejada, 33, was arrested for child endangerment-substantial risk and operating while under the influence-first offense.
• On Sunday, July 13, Enrique Ramirez Vergara, 22, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense, reckless driving, burglary-second degree and possession of marijuana-first offense.
• On Saturday, July 12, Ricardo Barajas Manzo, 36, was arrested for rabies vaccination violation and dog at large.
• On Saturday, July 12, Cooper Gilge, 21, was arrested for careless driving and operating while under the influence-second offense.
• On Saturday, July 12, Francisco Ordaz, 24, was arrested for operating while under the influence-first offense and carry a weapon while intoxicated.

• On Saturday, July 12, Robert Ceniceros, 27, was arrested for no insurance-no accident, eluding, no valid driver’s license, operating all-terrain vehicle on highway, failure to yield upon entering stop-/yield intersection, careless/reckless operation, speeding, operating a non-registered vehicle and operating while under the influence-third or subsequent offense.
• On Saturday, July 12, Prince Jallah, 20, was arrested for trespass-first offense, burglary-third degree-vehicle-first offense, attempted burglary-second degree, criminal mischief-fourth degree and theft-fourth degree.
• On Friday, July 11, Ricardo Palmarez Jr., 43, was arrested for interference with official acts, two counts of possession of controlled substance-third offense, eluding, operating a motor vehicle without owner’s consent and theft-second degree-motor vehicle.
• On Friday, July 11, Trent Hackman, 42, was arrested on a warrant charging him with violation of probation.
