• Donald Paul Boucher made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge and a driving while barred charge. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Boucher is being held without bond. The preliminary hearing on the driving while barred charge is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 30.
• A 17-year-old male made an initial appearance on a curfew violation charge. The juvenile pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Guadalupe Y Juarez Montanez made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 20 in Magistrate Court.

• On Sunday, July 20, Donald Boucher, 67, was arrested for driving while barred-habitual offender and on a warrant.
• On Friday, July 18, Tyler Pohlman, 40, was arrested for contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order.
• On Friday, July 18, Duckenson Augustin, 33, was arrested for willful injury resulting in serious injury.
• On Friday, July 18, Angel Lizarde-Garcia, 37, was arrested on a warrant.
• On Friday, July 18, Omar Sanchez, 31, was arrested for interference with official acts and contempt of court/violation of a no-contact order.

• On Saturday, July 19, Suzanne Stansbury, 49, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-display or use of weapon-first offense.
• On Saturday, July 19, Kaily Ali Shah, 43, was arrested for violation of probation and possession of drug paraphernalia.
