• Justin Daniel Brekke made an initial appearance on a speeding charge and a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 6 in Magistrate Court.

• Susan Patrice Fecht made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on July 18. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Brice Joel Alday made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-first offense charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 6 in Magistrate Court.

• On Sunday, July 6, Jimmy Ocampo, 22, was arrested for failure to maintain control of a motor vehicle, no insurance-accident and operating while under the influence-first.

• On Sunday, July 6, Brice Alday, 35, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-simple.

• On Saturday, July 5, Kisha Kutzner, 48, was arrested on a warrant.
