• Malachi Shrod Holmes made a theft-fourth degree charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 1.

• Ashley Kay Jackson made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Jackson pleaded guilty and the fine is $210 with a $31.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $301.50.

• Christian Georgina Morales Castaneda made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge and an unauthorized use of a credit card charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 1.

• Robert Jasper Larison made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. Larison pleaded guilty and the fine is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.
