• Lexi Anne Lynch made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge. Lynch pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Martin Medina Cervantes made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A modified no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• David Duane Propp made an initial appearance on a theft-third degree charge and a trespass-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 14.

• Carlos Alberto Torres Tapia made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge and a false imprisonment charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 3. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Mauricio Miguel Andrade made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Andrade pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Falon Taris Kapayou made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge, an interference with official charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 3. Bond is set at $1,000 cash or surety. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Shannon Marie Waltemeyer made an initial appearance on a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 15 in Magistrate Court.
