• Jesse Ceniceros made an initial appearance on two counts of a theft-second degree charge, a driving under suspension charge, a no insurance charge and an operating without certificate of title charge. Patrick Peters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Sept. 19. Bond is set at $10,000 cash or surety.
