• Donavan Elvie Perdue made an initial appearance on a harassment-first degree charge, a burglary-first degree charge, a going armed with intent charge, two counts of a harassment charge and an interference with official acts-firearm charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Oct. 24. Bond is set at $105,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Pedro Daniel Rangel made an initial appearance on two counts of a violation of probation charge. Jeff Hazen is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing is set for 11 a.m. on Nov. 12. Rangel is being held without bond.
• Elijah Lala Gibson made an initial appearance on a public intoxication charge, a consumption of alcohol/public place-first offense charge and an interference with official acts charge. a pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 5 in Magistrate Court.
• Feliciano Lopez Gomez made an initial appearance through an interpreter on a theft-fifth degree charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 5 in Magistrate Court.
• Todd Allen Bachman made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 5 in Magistrate Court.
