• Dylan Robert Bolar made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 13. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Amanda Jean Riley made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge. Mark Olberding is appointed at counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 13. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Christian Georgina Morales Castaneda made an initial appearance on a failure to appear for an arraignment hearing charge. The arraignment hearing is rescheduled for 9 a.m. on Nov. 7. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Jesse James Shockley made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Brian Mercy is appointed as counsel. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 12 in Magistrate Court.

• Crystal June Williams made an initial appearance on a dog at large charge. Williams pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Ian Matthew Lingard made an initial appearance on a no insurance-accident charge, a failure to obey traffic control device charge and a driving under suspension charge. Lingard pleaded guilty to all charges. The fine on the no insurance-accident is $645 with a $96.75 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $796.75. The fine on the traffic control device is $135 with a $20.25 surcharge and $55 in court costs for a total of $210.25. The fine on the driving under suspension charge is $250 with a $37.50 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $347.50.

• Lake Paul Sulc failed to appear on a dog at large charge and the court found him guilty. The fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
