• John Michael Fry made an initial appearance on a tampering with records charge and an interference with official acts-bodily injury charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 24. Bond is set at $3,500 cash.

• Tina Marie Weber made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-first offense charge, a no valid driver’s license charge, an operating a non-registered vehicle charge and a no insurance charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 24. Bond is set at $1,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.

• Sara Michelle Lee Early made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 3 in Magistrate Court.

• Geremime Kabela Bokango made an initial appearance on a driving under suspension charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 7, 2026, in Magistrate Court.

• Gilbert Ray Gonzalez made an initial appearance on a civil infraction charge. Gonzalez pleaded guilty and the fine is $900 with court costs of $190 for a total of $1,090.

• Suzana Bikyeobe made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. Bikyeobe pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Jonathan Davis made an initial appearance on a possession of marijuana-third or subsequent offense charge, an interference with official acts charge, a disorderly conduct charge, a possession of drug paraphernalia charge and a trespass-first offense charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Nov. 21. Bond is set at $2,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
