• Jesse James Earhart made an initial appearance on a sex offender registry violation-first offense charge and a violation of parole charge. The public defender’s office is appointed as counsel for the registry violation. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 29. Bond is set at $2,000 cash or surety. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel on the parole violation. The parole revocation hearing will be scheduled by the Administrative Law Judge. Earhart is being held without bond.

• Victoria Rose Ray made an initial appearance on a domestic abuse assault-display or use of a weapon-first offense charge and an interference with official acts charge. Mark Olberding is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 29. Bond is set at $2,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Honeida Elizabeth Fernandez made an initial appearance on two counts of a failure to appear for a sentencing hearing on a forgery charge, an identity theft charge and a theft-fourth degree charge. The sentencing hearing is set for 11 a.m. on Feb. 4, 2026. Fernandez is being held without bond.

Fernandez was also seen on a new forgery charge, a theft-fourth degree charge and a controlled substance violation charge. David Newkirk is appointed as counsel on the new charges. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Dec. 29. Bond is set at $35,000 cash in defendant’s name only.

• Christopher Michael Hildreth made an initial appearance on 27 counts of a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. The contempt hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Bond is set at $7,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.

• Charles Richard Osborn Jr. made an initial appearance on a prostitution charge. Joel Waters is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is waived.

• Consuelo Sanchez made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge. A preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 6, 2026.

• Nicole Breann Davis made an initial appearance on a failure to stop in the assured, clear distance charge. Davis pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Sindy Madrigal Rosales made an initial appearance on an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 7, 2026, in Magistrate Court.

• Ledimo Jesus Leyva Rosales made an initial appearance on a animal neglect-first offense-no death or injury charge. Leyva Rosales pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.

• Yolanda Martinez Martinez made an initial appearance on a failure to obey a stop sign and yield the right of way charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 7, 2026 in Magistrate Court.

• Curtis Carson and V. Tana Yu made an initial appearance on a civil infraction charge. The court found them in violation and assessed a $3,000 fine with court costs of $550.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 16, Jose Alejos, 30, was arrested for possession of cannabidiol-first offense.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 16, Jesse Earhart, 41, was arrested for sex offender registry violation-first offense and on a warrant.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 16, Christa Conrad, 44, was arrested on a warrant.

• On Tuesday, Dec. 16, Victoria Ray, 30, was arrested for interference with official acts and domestic abuse assault-first offense-with a dangerous weapon.
