• Adelfio Fredrick Lamonto made an initial appearance on four counts of a violation of probation charge. Dusty Clements is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Lamonto is being held without bond.
• Robert Paul Junck made an initial appearance on a false imprisonment charge, a criminal mischief-fourth degree charge, a burglary-first degree charge, a domestic abuse assault-impeding the flow of blood or air resulting in injury charge and a domestic abuse assault-second offense charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 9. Bond is set at $50,000 cash. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Hunter David Clark made an initial appearance on a criminal mischief-first degree charge, a theft-second degree charge, a possession of methamphetamine-first offense charge, a theft-second degree charge, a burglary-third degree charge and a possession of drug paraphernalia charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 9. Bond is set at $30,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Lalecia Marie Tubbs made an initial appearance on a driving while barred charge and a driving under suspension charge. Mark Torche is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 16.
• Amy Louise Birkenholtz made an initial appearance on a theft-fifth degree charge. The pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 18 in Magistrate Court.

• On Thursday, Jan. 29, Robert Junck, 38, was arrested for false imprisonment, domestic abuse assault-strangulation with bodily injury, domestic abuse assault-second offense, criminal mischief-fourth degree and burglary-first degree-bodily injury.
• On Thursday, Jan. 29, Gregory Brown, 61, was arrested for domestic abuse assault-second offense.
• On Thursday, Jan. 29, Rosalina Ibarra-De-Calderas, 43, was arrested for dog at large.
• On Thursday, Jan. 29, Hunter Clark, 24, was arrested for theft-second degree, theft-second degree-stolen property, criminal mischief-first degree and burglary-third degree.

Incidents
• On Tuesday, Jan. 20, it was reported to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office a burglary involving three separate thefts in the 2000 mile of 190th Street. The case is under investigation.
Arrests
• On Thursday, Jan. 29, Adelfio Lamonto Jr., 50, was arrested on a warrant charging him with four counts of violation of probation.
