• Tanner Scott Eygabroad made an initial appearance on a violation of probation charge. Esmada Osmic is appointed as counsel. The probation revocation hearing will be scheduled by the District Associate Court. Eygabroad is being held without bond.
• Drew David Sasse made an initial appearance on a violation of a no-contact order/contempt of court charge. Contempt hearing is scheduled for 1 p.m. on Feb. 2. Bond is set at $500 cash or surety. A new no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Chelsea Ann Peddle made an initial appearance on two counts of a possession of a controlled substance-third or subsequent offense charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 2. Bond is set at $5,000 cash. A substance abuse evaluation is ordered with the results submitted to the court.
• Jessica Ellen Menzel made an initial appearance on a controlled substance violation charge. Jennifer Weaver is appointed as counsel. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 2. • Eysak Robert Stanfield made an initial appearance on a lascivious acts with a child-solicitation charge, a grooming charge and a dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to minors charge. The preliminary hearing is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 2. Bond is set at $20,000 cash in defendant’s name only. A no-contact order has been issued for the protected party.
• Landon Adam Miller made an initial appearance of an unlawful passing of a school bus-first offense charge. A pre-trial conference is set for 9:30 a.m. on Feb. 18 in Magistrate Court.
• Anthony Jonathan Harding made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge. Harding pleaded guilty and the fine is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75.
• Annie Kay Klaas made an initial appearance on a rabies vaccination violation charge and a dog at large charge. Klaas pleaded guilty to both charges and the fine on each is $105 with a $15.75 surcharge and $60 in court costs for a total of $180.75 for each charge.
